Annual VB Meeting May 20

The Parkview Volleyball Meeting has been scheduled for Monday May 20th at 7:00 PM at St. Mary’s Hales Corners,  9553 W. Edgerton Avenue,( or 9520 W. Forest Home Avenue) Hales Corners.  Enter in the back and walk straight down the hallway to the Cafeteria.  If you will no longer be the AD or Volleyball Coordinator next year, please forward this email to the person taking over for you.  Please have at least one person representing your school at this meeting.  We will hand out paperwork including dates, fees and forms that need to be submitted over the summer for next season.  Although we will not require team commitments at this meeting, if you are having trouble filling any of your teams and are looking for teams to possibly merge with, this would be an opportunity to see if anyone might be interested in a merger.  Keep in mind that mergers need to be approved not only by the Pastor and Principal of each school, but also by the Archdiocese and the League. Once school is out it is very difficult to get all the necessary approvals so it is recommended that you get this done before school lets out for the summer.  For those of you who have been coordinators for several years you may know most of what we discuss already, however it is important for new coordinators especially to attend.  We will need the Name, Phone Number and email address of the new coordinator at this meeting so we do not miss  any schools with required emails over the summer.
